By far the best Levantine Arabic book I’ve used though (for intermediate level speakers) is the Most Used Verbs in Spoken Arabic: Jordan and Palestine.
The title makes it sound quite basic, but it’s loaded with example sentences. Really good for putting the ‘chunking method’ that Donovan Nagel talks about into practice.
